This privacy policy applies to the information that CrisisHub B.V. and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries (“we” or “us”) collect about you as a user of our CrisisHub branded Web sites, software, applications, hosting, network and services (the “Services”). The Services, including the CrisisHub applications, are offered, hosted and operated globally. By registering or accessing the Services, you are granting us consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States. The Services may not be used where prohibited by local law.
How Your Information is Used

To operate and improve the Services;
To provide performance metrics and other data to an administrator associated with your account, including any manager, coach, supervisor or consultant authorized by you or your employer to have access to such metrics;
To personalize the content and functionality provided to you via the Services;
To facilitate any data transactions while you are performing your job responsibilities;
To communicate with you and respond to your inquiries; and
To conduct research about your use of the Services.
We may use cookies, web beacons, or other technologies in combination with your information to enhance and personalize your access and use of the Services. We will use a user name and password system to register or authenticate you and enable you to take advantage of services.
Our current policy is to store session data on our databases for a period up to ninety (90) days. However, please keep in mind that either you, your employer or an administrator each has the option to save or archive certain data, which will be retained until deleted by such party. Our policies on Data retention may change from time to time, so you agree to assume the responsibility to review this policy from time to time for any updates.
Sharing of Your Information
We do not rent or sell your personal information (such as name, address, telephone number, user identification, or likeness) to third parties for their marketing purposes unless you expressly provide us with permission. You understand and agree that the CrisisHub and application provide functionality that enables your employers associated with your account to access and capture data, your voice, image, video and other likenesses to organize various functions, and you authorize us to capture and share such data with users within your account. Also, the contents of your online communications, as well as other information about you as a user of the Services, may be accessed and disclosed in response to lawful governmental requests or legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena), in other circumstances in which we or your employer has a good faith belief that a crime has been or is being committed by a user, that an emergency exists that poses a threat to the safety of you or another person, when necessary either to protect our rights or property or the rights of your employer or for us to render the service you have requested.
Please note that if you use our communications tools to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example, in chat rooms or online message boards made available by us), others will have access to information you provide.
We may use and share information that we collect for analysis, to formulate best practices, for research papers and for training purposes, but only in a way that does not identify you or your employer individually as the source of such information, unless you authorize us to do so otherwise by you giving us express consent.

Change of ownership
